Ultra Filtration - water filter systems
We have 3 systems based on ultrafiltration. Ultrafiltration is a pressure-controlled purification technique (similar to reverse osmosis) in which water passes through a 4-step filter. This model needs a water connection, but requires little water pressure, no electricity is needed and it is easy to install.
This system is easier to install and maintain than reverse osmosis systems. The membrane lasts on average 5 times longer than an osmosis membrane.
The Hermes & Atlantis are models that can also be installed in RVs, caravans and boats.
Ultra Filtration Method
Ultra filtration is not much different from reverse osmosis (RO) in terms of the filtration process. The difference is in the size of the membrane pores. With UF it is 0.01 microns and with reverse osmosis (RO) it is 0.0001 microns. With Ultrafiltration, ±70-80% (depending on water quality) of contaminants are filtered out. In addition, the minerals remain in the water, which is not the case with osmosis.
Ultrafiltration is cheaper to purchase, easier to install and simpler and cheaper to maintain than RO. The membrane lasts 5x longer than an osmosis membrane.

Reverse Osmosis Method
Reverse osmosis is a water filtration system with a membrane's smallest pore size of 0.0001 microns. After water passes through a reverse osmosis system, it offers the purest water of all filtration methods.
95-99% of contaminants are filtered out, including: chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, viruses, parasites, microplastics, GenX, PFAS, pesticides, heavy metals and other chemicals.
Reverse osmosis water filtration is the best and most valuable investment for healthy and safe drinking water.
Installation - reverse osmosis
This reverse osmosis system should be installed in a kitchen. Generally, the system is installed in the kitchen cabinet. Included in the delivery of the system are all the parts you need, such as a faucet, a water stopper and fittings.
Replacing the filters is easy to do yourself. The system needs to be installed and all necessary parts are included (including faucet).
Hydros Serie - watersofteners
Hydros systems are water softeners that remove calcium and magnesium from water. Hard water contains a lot of calcium and magnesium ions and this can have a devastating effect on all kinds of appliances that run on water, such as: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, shower head, faucets, but also your water heater or heating system. A water softener makes these appliances perform better (efficiency), have fewer technical problems and last significantly longer.
About watersoftening
First, water filter systems cannot descale the water. For this, you can use a water softener. Salt-based water softeners are the most widely used and effective types of softeners. They come in different sizes and are suitable for almost any home.
A salt-based water softener works by sucking heavy minerals in the water, such as calcium and magnesium, into a resin in the softener and exchanging them for sodium (salt). By removing the heavy minerals, the water returns to a healthy neutral state.
